      Pros

      Good organization; I worked for them as a Youth Counselor when the funding was pulled and program was closed after 40 years time. The organization as a whole showed alot of concern for the staff that worked at this site; HR traveled in and helped the staff either find new roles within the organization or assisted with placements outside. I ended up getting promoted to a higher status and paying position. They care as much for their employees as they do for their mission.

      Can be tiresome and draining work.

      There were only 4 of us in Dept. so we were able to all aspects of Support.

      Cons

      Having only 4 people in Dept. Created havoc at times.
