Flexible schedules, no interruptions by managers and meetings, quality audits provide good education

Cons

PTO accrual is slow and they are always more concerned with you making up hours if you have to be out. The work life balance is not very good.

Cons

Going through merger growing pains. Undefined departmental goals and upper mangement roles makes it difficult to perform to the best of one's abilities.
