Cons
-Paid twice a month, but my paycheck arrives in a range of 4 days.
-Awful support, the IT is outsourced to India, where the company is based and they are horrible condecending.
-Projects are unclear and the goals are contradictory. The director will say 3.5 cph, while the operations manger will say 2.
-Communication is horrible. Many, many coders have gone days or weeks with no news on the status of the current project. No work, no pay, no news.
-Being asked to work for free "Suspect conditions are required, but you need to search for them in your own time"
-Micromanaging. I get phone calls from several people there with no prior notice and am then scolded for not answering, even though it should have been an email.
-Constant system issues. They have high producivity requirements but don't offer the tools ot meet them, there are outages and IT issues every week that take work time away, most coders have to work weekends to make up time.
-Unrealstic productivity goals - HCC + RxHCC, every date of service, 150pgs or less are small, even though a 50 pg chart will have 22 DOS and 300+ codes to verfiy and new ones to add. 3.5 of those charts per hour is the minimum.
