      Great Place to Develop in Corporate Finance

      Pros

      Ecolab offers excellent benefits (401k, pension), tuition reimbursement, and development opportunities such as a finance rotational program and brown bag lunch and lurns. Ecolab hires smart professionals and top notch talent. There is opportunity to make improvements and overcome challenges in my current role.

      Cons

      Ecolab has a lack of resources; both with personnel and with systems. Systems continue to be fragile and outdated.

      Good benefits, Good company culture, Many associate networks, The culture of the company is trying to change to be more inclusive and more flexible to accomodate life/work balance

      It's corporate America and you have the typical downsides of red tape and politics of working for a large company.
