Pros

Decent money and benefits. Excellent initial technical training from corporate. Ability to set work schedule (within reason). Pretty good selection of products to sell. More account management than sales.

Cons

Poor communication from local management - new employees are not informed about anything, including company policies/vacation/pay. Field training is extremely disorganized, which leads to dissatisfaction amongst new TMs. Unethical practices in the field, ranging from ordering unnecessary parts to breaking dish machines. You will become a repairman instead of a salesman. No matter what they tell you, sales is secondary with this company. Management has no regard for your life outside of work. Good luck ever making plans with your family for holidays. Your children will grow up without you.

Pros

Great company environment. Most employees are under the age of 30 which can be great for recent college grads. Casual work environment.

Cons

Terribly lacking in the IT department, makes your job more difficult on a daily basis. Very low salaries compared to similar positions at other companies.
