Sometimes too boring. Long shifts (Usually in 3 different shifts; 11pm-7am, 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm)

Pros

Great Boss/owner, he works with you when you need days off. If you follow some basic rules it is a wonderful job.

Cons

No paid holidays, time in a half, no health or 401 k. So it is a great starter job to build skill and character.
