Fun job

Pros

Working as a Guest Service Agent usually is a laid back and fun job. You get to meet lots of new stories, and can make friends from around the world. The computer system used is very easy to navigate.

Cons

Pay is usually equivalent to most minimum wage areas. Being the face behind the place can make customers very angry at you for things beyond your control.
