Pros

They have a solid framework for teaching and learning. The employees are nice

Cons

3/4 of my partnerships were terrible. Teachers wouldn’t respond, schedule appts, and basically waste your time. When I talked to management they always told me they would talk to the schools, but there weren’t any changes. Resistant teachers recorded zombie like classrooms making it very difficult to collect data that will actually benefit them. Teachers always made excuses for every single thing! They are too driven by quantitative data

Pros

There is a continuous streamlined communication that happens between the teachers and coaches. I also love the partnerships with the teachers.

Cons

I have no cons at the moment. From working here for the past four months or so, there is nothing I can determine yet that is a con.
