The company culture is superb! Everyone on the team is very supportive and genuinely interested in helping each other grow within the company. The work we do every day is not only refreshing but also very fulfilling knowing the growth and support we offer the Education industry, is positively impacting the futures of our youth. The pay is competitive and the training is hands on from experienced members of the team that are truly invested in the success of each team member. Endless advancement opportunities and constant encouragement to grow and succeed. I love working for EdConnective!

Flexible schedule, convenient work environment, confidence that the product we promote is truly valuable and can change the world of education positively. Fun work relationships and patient trainers.
Cons
Salary is tight but steady, calling people was challenging at first, but the experience has helped me to be able to talk to new faces more easily.
