      Pros

      Opportunity for advancement, friendly coworkers, flexible scheduling, various projects, fancy new desks, and especially great for entry level developers. This place can be quite rewarding if you strive for excellence.

      Cons

      Some odd sized conference rooms (like I literally have to squeeze by the desk/chairs and I'm medium sized) Some of the building is quite dated and doesn't fit the look & feel throughout the rest of the building Surface tablets are only available to Scrum Masters and management

      - People seem to genuinely care about the company and other employees - Plenty of opportunity for career growth, regular raises/promotions - Employees work closely to mentor new hires in best practices and adherence to software development process.

      Cons

      - The process can feel overbearing at times, but that is a natural result of a mature software development process. Honestly, it's not even a con.

      Pros

      Good group of employees, you learn.

      Cons

      Your time is tracked in and out of the building. Very small work space. Very over crowded inside. It always feels like an interview every time management talks to you.
