      Pros

      Great benefits. Lots of really great colleagues. Many opportunities to build on skill set. Very nice office space. Company has a good understanding of work/life balance.

      Cons

      Salaries seem low for the industry and for the area. Some amount of disconnect between upper management and lower level workers. Advancing can be a tedious process.

      Pros

      Culture is very friendly and team-oriented! They care about their employees' happiness and work hard to continue to improve in the various areas we have indicated as areas of improvement. For example, we have asked for open communication throughout the company and from upper management and now we have an internal communications specialist who has been hired to focus on that. For many years, many of us have asked for tuition reimbursement, and now we finally have it!

      Cons

      While they offer merit increases, there doesn't seem to be a direct correlation between the amount you receive and your actual performance rating.

      Pros

      The firm continues to work hard to ensure that their healthcare package is highly competitive and comprehensive. There have been reductions in copays for vision, dental and emergency room visits.

      Cons

      Salary structure is not consistent and there is no transparency as to the value of any position. Salary bands should be communicated as part of the performance appraisal process so that individuals know how they measure against their peers.
