      Pros

      A common draw for many employees and something that everyone can rally behind is the company's mission of helping anyone with their retirement planning.

      Cons

      An extremely challenging place to get things done, because projects have to be approved by too many people. The company is notorious for starting some initiative and not following through with it completely.

      Pros

      Great mission - helping people retire well. Many opportunities to learn new technologies - AngularJS, Bootstrap, NodeJS, etc. Good work/life balance - no expected overtime.

      Cons

      Agile adoption has not been fully embraced across all business units. Insufficient process for retaining knowledge when senior engineers or product manager leave the company. Communication from management regarding change in direction, including personnel, could be improved.
