Awful place to work!

Pros

Great teammates that keep the company afloat

Cons

Constant layoffs - 3 rounds in less than a year. The only promotions given are to upper management. There is no recognition of the people on the ground floor doing all the hard work to keep clients happy. Upper management will ask for your feedback, and then make zero changes. No processes, no training, clueless managers, understaffed, underpaid, and overworked. You will be expected to complete the workload of 4 people, but will be paid the salary of 1. You are set up to fail.

Pros

Nice location in a good neighborhood.

Cons

Supposed to be global company but of course in Poland it is like family business, with a few people who have no idea what are they doing.

Pros

Ok pay, worked with a team of very professional and proficient engineers. Location in Boston was an interesting building. Commuter & meal benefits covered some travel and some meals while in office. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Mandatory minimum in-office hybrid policy. Very poor managerial communication. Poor project management. Poor business unit management. No real wage increase year over year, and not a particularly competitive wage for the Boston area. Company is managed from France, and it's very clear that the corporate layer overseas is disconnected from & uninterested in its US employees. Prone to unexpected whole-department layoffs.
