Pros

Hybrid. Nice Coworkers and good amount of PTO.

Cons

Low Pay. Very low for the kind of company it is. No problems gets solved and you stuck dealing with a terrible product that works off and on for customers. People call angry for valid reasons and most of the time, you'll not able to do anything. You'll be told that something is fixed meanwhile it is NOT. You'll work overtime and manager will be on your behind pinging you left and right when you're a minute late while they can just dip randomly and be unhelpful and pile all the work and dump it on other people. Stressful, bloody stressful and awkward. You are reminded that you are at the bottom of the barren and overall a horrible time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your recognition of the hybrid work environment, your colleagues, and the PTO offerings. At the same time, we are concerned to hear about your experiences regarding workload, leadership support, compensation, and the challenges you encountered while supporting customers. Providing employees with the tools, resources, and support they need to be successful is important to us, and we recognize the impact that product issues and operational challenges can have on both employees and customers. While your experience does not reflect the workplace we strive to create, we value candid feedback such as yours as it helps us identify opportunities for improvement. We encourage former and current employees to share concerns directly with Human Resources so we can better understand their experiences and continue strengthening our employee and customer experience – please consider reaching out to us at HRBandEUSA@edenred.com to continue the conversation. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Depending on your team and lead, the work is very flexible and autonomous. You would be thrilled to work on certain projects in depth, and teams are dedicated for a most part.

Cons

Over the past year, conditions have worsened due to repeated layoffs, including the loss of experienced employees with valuable institutional knowledge. This has left the remaining teams in a constant 'reactive firefight' mode, dealing with more complexity and heavier workloads across the board with little "wiggle" room. What is poised as transformations has often felt more like expecting one person to do the work of multiple teams as of late.
