      Benefits, company atmosphere, they know the job sucks, so they do a ton of fun things

      Cons

      The job sucks. Everyone is mad about having to pay student loans, so they take it out on you. Too many rules to follow when taking calls. Micromanaging all the time. They watch you like a hawk and get onto you if you aren’t taking calls back to back to back.
