      They are very family oriented..they take care of their employees..flexible schedules... Handwork is rewarded...good starting pay... friendly coworkers and management..put in the time and hard work it becomes a second home

      very family oriented. all friendly people and faces. they work with my schedule, I seriously couldn't ask for a better job! on snow days they allow you to bring your children to work and provide care while you work.

      not a single con that I am aware of at this time. I love my job!

      Pros

      I have been with Edfinancial Services for almost 20 years. They care about their employees and demonstrate this by listening, supporting, challenging, and changing. I've been given the ability to forge my own path and the opportunity to share my ideas for company success. I've raised a family while working here and we now service my daughter's student loans.

      Cons

      The first 2-3 years can be overwhelming. It's faced paced with a lot to learn, but if you're willing to put in the time and effort, it's worth it.
