Pros

I came back to the workforce after being out for 5 years. EdFinancial saw the potential in me and has let me grow in the short time I have been here. Everyone seems to have a smile on their face and a want to make EdFinancial a great place to work. The benefits are great too!

Cons

If you like large corporate structure, this is not the place for you; expect a small company environment and all the pros and cons that come with that.

Hours, Support, Team Building, great hours, benefits are great, and the company is very understanding of all walks of life and backgrounds.

Cons

Initially, you have to earn your way. After you have put in the hard work, Edfinancial will make you appreciative of your own level of hard work.
