Pros

There's a review on here that's quite critical of the CMO and senior leadership, which isn't valid. I would try at all cost to ignore it. If you're smart, hungry and excited by a challenge then Edge is the spot for you. Everyone here wants to see you succeed. I've been here three years and have been promoted twice. Sales reps here need to wear a lot of hats. You'll learn to hone all sorts of marketable skills in a short period of time for career advancement. I work out of our Boston office and love our office culture.

Cons

Growing pains of an M&A; however, the vision and future is extremely promising.

Pros

- I enjoy the people I work with. They make this a fun place to be. - The company is on a state of flux so there is a TON of opportunity if you’re motivated and like a good challenge. - The vision for the product is solid and I feel like good things are coming. - Generous work from home policy and sick time. - Working with international teams is really interesting. - This company is made up of four merged brands, so being in the middle of a four-way merger is something I will probably never experience again. This is part of what’s leading to a lot of opportunity in the company - lots of places to solve problems and improve communication.

Cons

- Processes are still being defined, so sometimes this leads to confusion and wasted work. - People are very busy, but the parent company tries to promote a good work/life balance. Good boundaries to take advantage of this are needed, however. - Company culture was vague for awhile but is improving.
