Pros

Work/Life Balance is tremendous. My departmental co-workers are a tight-knit team and always there to lend assistance/support. My interaction with cross-departmental staff has always been a positive experience with a high level of professional. Continued opportunity to expand my skill set keeps my position exciting and fresh. Compensation and benefits are better than other companies within our industry.

Cons

Occasionally sales management's reaction to re-direct the company’s path was not as timely as I hoped. But with the current changes, I've definintely seen improvement.

Pros

Salaries are decent but come with a high price (stress, no work life balance, unrealistic expectations)

Cons

Management and Sr Management are desperate for money and have unrealistic expectations. When employees can't deliver the intangible goals, they are accused of poor performance, threatened to be laid off and fired in a matter of weeks. You will be lured with a good salary offer to come work here, but once you are there, you will have no peace of mind, no satisfaction and will be walking on egg shells. Management also promotes unfriendly competition throwing employees one against the other, so there is no team work, you are on your own and your life will be miserable, trust me, do yourself a favor, go work in a more mature company.

Pros

I started at EdgeWave at the lowest possible rank and could advance to being a supervisor within just 2.5 years. For me, this was a great time with a company that offered opportunities regardless where I came from, just based on my capabilities. EdgeWave has a high number of highly professional and cooperative employees that rather seek to create a group result than a short-sighted personal gain. I left the company out of personal reasons and greatly miss co-workers and management alike.

Cons

Recently the company had to shrink which meant a number of hard decisions, but after this shock-therapy things should turn around.
