Pros
Some of the day workers were nice and it was higher pay. You make great connections with your residents.
Cons
Management constantly micromanages you. They have no idea what we go through on a daily basis and they'll pop in to give their critique occasionally. You talk to the nurses daily, but they also have no empathy into how hard you work. You're expected to complete an extremely high amount of work in a day. The evening and night shift people were dirty and wouldn't perform their responsible duties to their residents. You receive a "star date" every week. If it's your "star date" and somebody doesn't show up for their shift, you stay for another 8 hours, no exceptions. Every day you leave work covered in sweat, with you're morale dragging from being told its never good enough. The only reason I stayed here for as long as I did was because of the residents.
