Good residents and receptionists are hardworkers.

Cons

Horrible corporate feel. Resident care takes a back burner.....cna's are overworked and terribly underpaid.

Co-workers and residents are amazing

Cons

They allow supervisors to bully others, The management don't follow up abuse allegations, They are understaffed, Pick one or two people to care about and nothing more. They don't treat all the residents fairly, only choose one or two residents to do actives with and will falsify documents to hide this.
