Pros

A lot of pros! You are given the tools from day one to thrive at Edify. - Supportive co-workers and management and one of the best onboarding programs that really helps you understand the company inside and out. - Beautiful office views of the ocean (at the Santa Monica office but also beautiful views at Fishers minus the ocean) - Excellent benefits - Clubs and Committees you can join - Company events - Company computer, trackpad/mouse and monitor (important tools to do your best work) You will be surrounded by brilliant minds and you are able to learn and grow personally and professionally. The work/life balance is perfected here.

Cons

I honestly have not one con to list but need to get the min word count in here.

Work Hard with Great People

Pros

I've worked here for almost 2 years and these are the consistent benefits that I see - fantastic benefits, building and maintaining a strong company culture is very important to leadership - cool office spaces, we get swag mailings, zoom happy hours, birthday and anniversary gifts, etc.. Also, the organization actively searches for experts in their field - so you work with really cool people that love working hard. The product is also really interesting and is something that is vital for our customers - so you really get to see your work impacting people.

Cons

I don't feel this is a Con, but it can be for some people - the company is in a high-growth mode, so we work a lot! Performing at a high-level is really important here. There is always a lot to do. There can be long days to meet deadlines on projects. The people here are really smart and love what they do, so the overall culture thrives on this intensity. This relates a lot to the type of people that are recruited to work here. So, a high-performance/high-intensity culture might not be enjoyed by everyone.
