Pros

If you want to be a part of a growing team and building something from the ground up, this is a great fit. The people are genuine and nice. The company culture is positive overall. Great leadership team and C levels who have a company vision and plan for success

Cons

Challenges of a startup that you would expect -- if you want to go to a Fortune 500 with tons of employees where you are just a number, this is not the place for you.

Pros

I have worked in a diverse variety of fields and feel this role allows me to use all my skills. Edify possesses great start-up culture with the benefit of decades of collective experience. My co-workers are fun, enthusiastic and always happy to help each other!

Cons

Like any start-up days can be irregular. Sometimes days are long, sometimes we work remote, and sometimes we travel. I enjoy this flexibility and as a team we do what it takes to get everything done before a deadline.
