Very rewarding job, co workers are awesome, company really cares about their employees. Pretty flexible.

Cons

Benefits are just okay, never really got paid time off. HR department never explained benefits or any of that.

Pros

Educators Credit Union is like joining a big family. Everyone is very helpful and truly invested in your personal success and growth. Linda, the CEO leads by example every day helping to answer phone calls from the phone center when they are very busy which is not something many CEO's would do. She always put the members first and this instills these values from the top down. I've never worked for a company that cared so much about their membership as well as their employees!

Cons

There are no downsides. They are very understanding when personal issues arise, and recognize staff needs a work/life balance.
