Service-oriented credit union that seems to care about its mission, broadly speaking. Working with people in just about any department is a breeze. Pay is a slightly lower relative to competitors. Is somewhat made up for with work environment.

Cons

The credit union is generally trending away from certain elements of its makeup that made it unique. As an employee, you may find yourself dealing with a membership whose experience of the credit union is changing in many ways, thus meaning you have to navigate a membership adjusting to change. Benefits are average.
