Some of the people I worked with, and somewhat flexible hours.

Cons

Low pay. No room for growth, especially if you are/were a college grad. Promotions are terrible..don’t expect to get promoted unless upper management likes you. They post jobs to be an equal opportunity employer, however they already have people picked out that they want for the jobs. A manager actually told an employee to apply for a position just to get their name out there for the future, because they already knew who they were going to hire. Benefits were slightly costing compared to competitors. Trying to get too tech-savvy even though majority of their members are older.
