Wrong people get promotions favorites get all of the attention Unclear policies Long hours Gossip Upper and Lower Management, no trust Unprofessional Mean and snobbish staff/managers Uneducated managers. No one can seem to provide clear answers. Get the run around! Constantly having orders barked at you!!!
