Pros

Overall the training for the position was very good. The office setting was comfortable, and most sit at a large desk. They also give you free food on some occasions.

Cons

The company is very cheap. You have to basically beg for a pen to use and they would not provide notepads. Even though you sit at a nice desk, everyone is out in the open and there is no privacy. You are constantly monitored from how long you are on the phone with a client, tax person, or branch. In addition, leaving your desk is made into a big issue. Even though they tell you any mistake can be corrected, I would advise not making any. Even when it is corrected, it is thrown back into your face after they listen to one of your monitored phone calls.
