Toxic culture, lacks leadership

Business Outlook

Pros

Patio, gym, cafeteria, and parking.

Cons

Overwhelmingly unfriendly and disrespectful people. I like the job, I absolutely dread going in EVERY day. The product is cool. BUT, the people ruin a really good working experience. The culture is SO toxic with immature, unfriendly bullies and gaslighting. Leadership doesnt control unprofessional drama and disrespect in the clean room. The lead and supervisor are only there to host daily meetings, conversate and socialize. It's difficult to take issues to leadership when you can plainly see that they are friends with several of the toxic people. "Senior" employees run the production floor, tell other employees what to do, when to do it and how to do it. And every person that tells you how things should be done will tell you something slightly different, so its confusing/frustrating. If you ask too many questions, you will be labeled as stupid. It's really too bad when genuinely good companies are not worth working for because the toxic culture ruins the working environment.

Worst IT Department!

Business Outlook

Pros

Company has a Motto. Leaders in Heart Valve

Cons

IT department is viewed as a help desk in the company and majority of IT leadership including mid level managers fall in the same category. If you are skillful, there is no reason you would continue to work in IT. Hands down the worst IT department ever, so bad that either the department should be re-branded or simply shut down! For prospective employees, stay away if the job is in IT.
