Pros

The Boulder office is great! Really passionate people that genuinely enjoy what they do. We have a lot of fun events - lunches, game nights, etc. It's an exciting time to be at Eggplant as we have a great vision and really neat products.

Cons

As others have mentioned, communication can be difficult especially across time zones.

Cons

It can be challenging working across a range of time zones. This results in longer hours. However, this can also be viewed as a positive challenge.

Po active, progressive. A real drive to try new things, put staff at the core and recognise the merits of investment in training development as well as innovate with product. A collection of super bright talented individuals whose contribution makes coming to work each day interesting challenging and motivating. The leadership team is committed and driven to succeed. With a genuine desire to create an environment that is fun motivating and disrupting our sector.

Cons

Travel and time zones! Working across time zones can be challenging but we strive constantly to find better ways to communicate and make use of technology to help us.
