Great potential and opportunity

Pros

TestPlant is a great place for those who want to make a difference. The vision is exciting with excellent products that have great positive impact on customers. The employees on the engineering team are highly engaged in the work. Sales employees have a real impact on company success. The finance and HR teams are the glue keeping it all together. This is a place where you can shine. The compensation is fair and the benefits are strong.

Cons

Growth is challenging in all companies and sometimes communication between London and the US can be challenging.

Transparent as a brick

Pros

agile environment, many things to work with, a lot of learnings especially on old technology, a lot of accent put on code maintainability

Cons

most complex things you'll ever do are the technical test and the hiring interview, lot of politics in any decision, lead devs lack experience, no plans or direction is shared with the dev teams
