The direct teams were great; team lunches, nice working environment, contribution towards gym.
Cons
No care towards employees during pandemic. Cut jobs across the board globally whilst still increasing revenue... all the comments below are true so no need to reiterate them. It was a great company when I was headhunted by them but when management started to change, so did the culture. We were all booked to go to SKO and then it was decided to have roadshows, so that the executive team could spend more time with the teams globally... poorly executed and the CEO had little interaction with anyone other than his phone during this time... no leadership from the front. Bullish management style that stopped you looking forward to going into the office. Luckily some WFH all the time, due to reporting lines elsewhere in the world and avoided it. Again, there was never any leadership from the front.
