The product is great, and you get some of your gym membership paid for!!

Cons

Since being at Egnyte I have witnessed in the past 3 years 13 people leave In EMEA. No investmentment or autonomy to do anything. Long working hours due to the 8 hours time lag . Politically incorrect for such a small team . People playing one another off too stay relevant.

Usage of bleeding-edge technologies. Freedom in picking tools to work with.

Cons

1) Horrible atmosphere: decisions taken behind your back, extreme time pressure, no appreciation of your hard work. 2) Highly unprofessional management in most of cases. 3) Low salaries vs extrimely high expectations.

Two free meals per week. Decent benefits.

Cons

Weak management. They have big teams in Poland guess to save a lot of money. Engineer-driven environment could mean 1) those key engineers are not willing to pass the basic knowledge to others for job security reason. 2)For the same reason they backstab you. 3)They can hire you quickly without too much technical questions to be asked during interview process but then you can be put t on cold bench by their key engineers soon after you come on board. Their remote large teams in Poland are pretty much disconnected with teams in the US and it is hard to work in that type of environment when managements are not correcting issues.
