Permanant work from home in India as this is completely remote company.

Cons

Work life balance in Polland is good but in India Management treat employees as a slave 1. No work life balance 2. Too much work pressure 3. Convent culture - for small task delay people escalate it to higher management like a kindergarten kids. 4. Fake Urgency - They will give you fake Urgency for every single tasks 5. Priorities are different for India Management and US Management and you will suffer as both wanted their work to finish early

- No hike or little hike - multiple managers - lot of irrelevant meeting - Junk Work - Old Stack - no learning budget - Middle management not not very well equipped for thier role. - Lot of mass layout and resignation
