- Work with cross teams, required extra efforts initially. - Remote company and work life balance - depends on team. - Open communication, can reach any one.

Cons

- In smaller team, visibility is very less for upper management which can lead to hamper growth. - More communication skill == more rewards, actual work goes un-noticed. - Internal politics - this trend noticeable after 2020
