      Pros

      - Good company to challenge yourself and there are many opportunities for career growth. You will never be bored. - Friendly and helpful employees with great attitudes - Transparent company - CEO is approachable actually tries to meet everyone - Semi-monthly - monthly employee events (Women’s Day, Dawali, Bring Your Kid to Work Day, Summer Picnics, etc.) - Diverse and family friendly company

      Cons

      There’s growing pains like with any start up. Processes could be more efficient and defined. The right tools and resources aren’t always available, but employees are very scrappy and hardworking and find a way to make it work.

      Pros

      - Great people to work with. People across all departments are friendly, approachable and care about their work. - Have a lot of freedom and autonomy in my role - no micromanagement here. - Very good with work/life balance as long as you're performing. - Always feel like the work is meaningful.

      Cons

      - Wish there were more social / team-building events though that has improved considerably in the last 2 years.

      Pros

      The company has a great culture and a wonderful group of people to work with while our company is growing at such a fast rate and scaling. Plus, the product is pretty fantastic compared to others like Box and Dropbox. We just need better brand awareness. Plus, we finally have an HR team that really takes care of the staff and they help create an excellent team environment. Egnyte is a great place to work for and there's a lot of different age groups and diversity, and there's a lot of great snacks and great benefits.

      Need more free lunches aside from the two eatclubs
