I attended my second sales kickoff at Egnyte. And I can not say enough about it. I have worked at Egnyte for 2+ years and seen teams getting bigger with hiring continuing in almost every department. Starting from the top, our company culture is transparent and honest, and perhaps not for everyone since it lacks the soft touch. There is a no nonsense attitude which is refreshing! Product wise we are better than almost everyone else out there. Now with Egnyte Protect, the new product, along with Egnyte Connect I think we could really make this a huge company. We are in the right place and the right time, now its all about execution.

PRODUCT The company is really adapting to change in the SaaS industry and the product is a real standout amongst leading competitors. Definitely feels good to say you're in the trenches working with the best and brightest that Silicon Valley has to offer. Even better, your product is better than Dropbox and Box. TEAM I've really enjoyed working with our marketing team and the new corporate direction that leadership is taking to drive growth within the company. Company is cash positive and there's a lot of new iniatives being taken to scale the business, so IPO anyday now?? PERKS Monthly stipend for commute, gym and phone. So many free snacks available to the staff, so try not to eat so much if you're sitting all day. Monthly happy hour and everyone is pretty friendly. OVERALL The business is still growing at a great pace and it's highly malleable as to how much you want to help promote growth and make a difference. Your ideas and creativity is appreciated. CEO is a hipster at heart with a business mentality.
