      Still Debating, it's too early too tell

      Pros

      Company takes the time to make sure everyone knows the product well. You'll find all employees get ample amounts of product and partner training. Salary/Stock Options are really not good, although benefits are fairly generous.

      Cons

      Some of the management has excellent leadership, some do not. There a re a few that play politics and lead by fear. Still too early to tell if the company will succeed. CEO has great vision but the space is very crowded and we are a small fish in this market.

      Pros

      Fast paced startup competing against giants like Box/Dropbox and now Gdrive,zocalo. Work is challenging and you need to wear multiple hats. Minimal bureaucracy and a very flat hierarchy in engineering.

      none that I can think of.

      Pros

      Cool new office, some good people there. Has potential for the market they are in. VP of products (Rajesh Ram) is awesome.

      Cons

      Sales management is very negative towards the sales team. Manage by fear and being passive aggressive. Does not believe in work life balance. If you are not working the weekend on the last weekend of the month then you are not committed to to the cause.
