We are always looking for strategies to achieve better results across our organization for our customers, and our commitment to a strong balance sheet has prevented us from some of the current over-hiring-and-then-laying-off actions of many companies in tech. Recently we held our annual three-day ‘Sales Kick Off’ in Orlando with the entire sales team. During this in-person event, our team experienced intensive training sessions on our products, learned about new methods, and had the opportunity to meet each other, have a lot of fun, and be inspired.
As we continue to grow our sales team, our compensation practices have attracted more than 50 great sales team members over the past six months.
