Best company I've been a part of in my career!
Pros
collaborative working environment with brilliant folks that are invested in your success. Can easily move up with the company at a quick pace as long as your performance is there. Great company perks such as cell phone and internet reimbursement, flexible schedule WFH and responsible time off. Extra day off every month Company provides awesome welcoming gift plus ongoing gifts throughout employment. When you are successful it is celebrated at a high level all the way up to the CEO Culture is very much alive here. I've worked for many large organizations and some of the most well known in the world. They all talk about how great the company culture is but Egnyte is the 1st company I've worked at where it is actually true. Egnyte does a great job keeping the company culture thriving.
Cons
None really to be honest. This is not a con for me but sometimes there are certain processes that aren't 100% figured out and need some work. However, this is not at all a con for me and I see it as an opportunity to pioneer and pave the way for future employees. And the great thing is your ideas and feedback are always taken into consideration. If you are successful at navigating the gray areas you will love it here.
