      Pros

      Good working environment and working pace. Flat team structure makes it better to get opinions from the team. Projects are interesting and challenging at the same time.

      Would be better to have more 1-on-1 talks to get to know the status of the team and project

      Really inexperienced CEO and executive team. Typical start-up tech guys playing at being in business and glossing over their mistakes.

      Pros

      I've been at Egnyte 5+ years and the company culture and values continue to keep me motivated even in this hot bay area market. I enjoy working with some of the best and brightest talent in Silicon Valley and enjoy the startup feel even when we are scaling at such a rapid pace. The working environment feels pretty flexible, management knows what they are doing, and company culture has recently improved as HR has grown significantly.

      Cons

      Not enough brand awareness of Egnyte. I always have to say I work for a Box or DropBox competitor.
