- good workplace culture - interesting technical problems - breakfast foods available in micro kitchen - relaxed culture (employees bring board games to office, kitchen has beer) - HR supports office clubs (runners have jerseys, plans to sponsor cycling jerseys for new bike club) and fun activities - unlimited PTO (actually fairly reasonable)

Cons

- meal credit works out to only 2.5 free lunches per week - very few work holidays - limited stock options - no 401(k) match

It's been nice to work at Egnyte. Coworkers are professional and always willing to help if there are any questions. I really enjoy the projects assigned to me, which I feel I'm really able to create a huge impact in the organization and help move the needle. I like that you are given the opportunity to drive multiple initiatives by working across teams, and the senior levels encourage creativity and an open-minded work environment if you're willing to put in the time and effort. In addition, we have a lot of fun team outings and nice lunches together periodically, which bonds us all together. And Egnyte encourages and embraces the diversity of culture as a woman in tech I feel like I can make a difference.

Cons

Eat club is overall nice, but it still lacks choices sometimes. No 401k matching. More team building events. Philanthropy initiatives for employees to give back to the community.

- Incredible benefits - Fun Culture - Supportive leadership that cares about career development and how they can support you to get to the next step. - Supportive team members. (It's rare to find a company where you mesh and work well with your colleagues. It's important to build those relationships, and Egnyte strives for inclusivity).

Cons

The headquarters office can use a spruce up to create a much more fresh and inviting feel for the employees.
