Constructive Work Environment, Approachable Upper Management, Friendly Co-workers, Nice Benefits, Fast Paced, Good Perks, Nice Hours, Up to date office, feeling like part of a team,

Cons

Don't have that much to say about Egnyte in a negative way. Wish i would have received a little more training about the product, but its easily picked up along the way.

Pros

Supportive colleagues, valuable internal resources, well known in the AEC sector.

Cons

Egnyte leadership puts money into the company over their employees, who are not paid competitive wages. Offices outside of HQ are put to the side (or are being decreased in size or fully shut down), with funds not allocated appropriately. Healthcare is not prioritized for female employees, with maternity leave decreased to 10 weeks (far below industry standard) and fertility benefits no longer offered.
