Pros

Culture and coworkers are a huge plus. Politics and backstabbing are almost non existent compared to most places I have worked.

Cons

Doesn't compete well for talent or business in larger markets. A large number of partners who don't pull their weight. Very slow to deal with poor performers. No incentive for anyone below partner level who brings in sales.

Great coworkers, good benefits, and interesting work

Cons

Many partners/managers seem to have little interest in building the careers of the newer hires. They don't provide good constructive criticism and are reluctant to pass along more responsibility.
