Pros

I was able to be on many different types of clients and see a lot of different accounting issues.

Cons

I was at Eide Bailly before it turned to EB. It became very bureaucratic, and they started to not care about their employees as much as they did before. It became a numbers game.

I'm sorry to hear you felt the Firm didn't care about you as much after the merger. We try our best to allow offices to still have their local "feel" - but as with any company in rapid growth mode, there will likely be some changes. I wish you the best in your new career.

Pros

Pros of working at Eide is that you get to touch all sections of the audit, and feel like you are one with the small companies.

Cons

The audit could be significantly better planned, procedures could be beefed up, and the training could be significantly improved.

Pros

EB is such a great company to work for! You feel valued, appreciated and trusted. I have enjoyed every moment here.

Cons

Compensation is good. Benefits for families are not great and bonuses are nonexistent.
