Employer 401K contributions vest over 6 years.

As an FYI, the 401K plan employer contribution vests over 5 years, and does so at 20% each year - so hopefully you were able to take the Firm's contributions and roll them in to a qualified plan. Good staff, friendly environment. I appreciate the effort that is made to include all staff in activities and forward movement of the firm.

Cons

There is very little training and encouragement to grow.
