Learn USGAAP and know the other side of the planet, how accounts and auditing works Travel to USA

Cons

IT is a KPO, limitation of career growth after certain stage. To live at the mercy of USA counterparts for work etc... no Indian clients hence after certain time you are not aware about Indian laws and current trends, very difficult to move out of the company. Compensation is little poor. Work life balance go for a toss during 4 months. Lack of local senior mgmt.

- I have seen the firm is growing leaps and bounds in last 3 years. - Provides good opportunity to travel to US and meet Partners & Managers. - Direct interaction with Partner and clients. Not a KPO based job.

Cons

-At times during busy period it may become stressful but I have seen similar situations in my previous jobs.
