Good people, nice office.

Pros

Nice office, good, hardworking people, generous vacation time, good health benefits, pleasant environment, great camaraderie during busy season. Good location.

Cons

People are laid off abruptly at the end of busy season which affects everyone's morale. Not a nice way to be treated after you've worked six or seven days and nights a week for three months straight.

Money was fair. There were opportunities for advancement as long as you're willing to work the hours. They also provided quite a good support system for achieving your learning objectives.

Cons

Work life balance non existent. Benefits were poor. Only health insurance offered was a high deductible plan, and the cost was well in excess of $500 a month for families.
