Cons

- The culture changed from what it was a few years back. Becoming way too political. - Poor communication between Partners and Managers. - Acute mismanagement, lack of vision and no planning, negative management and Selfish HR. - Big divide between client serving and non-client serving jobs. - Stingy on compensation and benefits, slow growth, inadequate training. - Long working hours, no work-life balance, favouritism exists. - Unclear role, Tricky salary structure and no learning opportunities. There is no progression, People tend to stay for 12-18 months then move on.

Very friendly front line staff, good exposure to different aspects of the Firm. and opportunity to gain a lot of experience. Some good perks in terms of events - summer social, team training days in November & fully paid Xmas party. Also Xmas bonus given too which is a nice perk.

Cons

Poor communication between Partners and Managers. In operations, there is no progression, everyone is at executive level and with no potential to move to assistant manager or manager like there would be in the chargeable side. People tend to stay for 12-18months then move on.
