      Hybrid work schedule is favorable for some. They copy everything Eli Lilly does

      Hybrid work schedule which is stupid. My role does not require me going with face to face Leadership is the worst. No one has experience and they are arrogant. They go above and beyond to make sure the company is divers and inclusive

      Good pay and the bonus is nice.

      Cons

      Jobs for management's friends as opposed to those best qualified. For a global company, it operates in a very parochial manner. The opportunities for personal or professional development are non existant.

      Management is resistant to new ideas; depth of expertise, hard work ,and loyalty are not recognized or rewarded; age and gender discrimination; only those that "toe the party line" are promoted; and no top-down transparency.
